Joks Snail farm is an agricultural firm, registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission.

Research shows that snail meats possess anti-cancer properties and boost the immune system due to their antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects. An average snail is comprised of 80% water, 15% protein and 2.4% fat. They contain essential fatty acids, calcium, iron, selenium, magnesium and are a rich source of vitamins E, A, K and B12 which are vital for healthy living.

• It is in a bid to make snail meat affordable and available at all time to every class of citizens that Joks snail farm was birthed. Also, the quest to provide cancer prevention,discover nature and watch things come to life was a key motivation to start the business.
• In our 2years of operations, we have supplied over 4,000 piece of snails to over 7 states in Nigeria. We have helped over 5 snail farmers to start up their own snail farms.
In an effort to encourage youths to embrace snail farming, we have organised online tranings in which over 65 youths benefitted from. Some of them are already practicing snail farmers.
• In our snail farm today, we operate with limited pen, the demand for snail meats are high, hence, the need to increase production so as to ensure that people are provided with healthy snails for consumption.
